PUBLICATION OF JOB ADVERTISEMENTS/ONLINE JOB APPLICATIONS
Your application data will be electronically collected and processed for the purpose of handling the application process. If an employment contract is concluded following your application, the transmitted data may be stored in your personnel file for the purpose of normal organizational and administrative processes, in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. Data protection law allows, according to Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR, the collection of data that is necessary for the establishment of the employment relationship. If you voluntarily provide information beyond what is necessary, this will be done within the scope of consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. In the course of processing, your data may be transmitted to individuals within our company as well as service providers who are contractually bound and obliged to confidentiality, and who perform partial tasks of data processing. The deletion of the data transmitted by you will automatically take place 2 years after the notification of the rejection of the job application. This does not apply if longer storage is required due to legal requirements or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage in our database of interested parties.

Data subjects, to whom the personal data refers, can exercise all rights according to Article 15, 16, 17, and 18 of Regulation No. 679 (access to data and confirmation of whether or not processing of personal data exists; correction, deletion, and restriction of processing of personal data in the respective cases).
